How to use

Step1: Use the cleanser with Cotton wool to clean the dark knuckle area for 2min ,

Then u use the Knuckle Scrub to Scrub the dark knuckle part very well for 3min,
step2: Then you boil water to be body temperature,Put the warm water inside a bowl make sure the water is not too much ,Then you add 6table spoon of the Knuckle Wash inside the warm water then you put either your dark hands ,Elbow or Feet inside the warm water for 10min for it to soak properly.

Step3: Then you get a Plastic Spoon and Scrap out all the Knuckle out..

Step4: Then you apply your Knuckle Cream ontop of the Affected area,At night you apply your oil ontop of the Affected Area also
